AMRAP unbroken Kettlebell Push Press (24/16)

Rest 1 minute between arms

3 sets of:

6 – 8 Strick Knees to Elbows @ 3111
6 Heavy Double Bent DB Row @ 20×1

WOD:  4 rounds for time of:

3 Wall Climbs
20 second Top of Chin Up Hold – throat touches bar the entire time
50 Double Unders

Debate tonight!…

Nothing brings people together like politics!  And by the time this publishes, it will almost be time to watch this election’s presidential debate.  If you are not in the mood to watch that, be sure to enjoy some football game that doesn’t include the Pats (meh…).  If neither one of those things are your cup of tea, then you should be reading in bed because you are going to need all of the recovery possible to tackle this monster of a day.
